This simple and affordable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ocean side holiday villa has a corner plot and good sized open plan living area to the front of the property. It is conveniently situated close to the entrance/exit with a small convenience store and a restaurant nearby, but with an address in B section it is also in close proximity to the oceanside park and main communal swimming pool compared to many of the other properties on the estate. This makes it convenient for the owner and also a good local for potential rental income as a holiday let.

Both bedrooms are situated to the rear of the property and are good double sized bedrooms of approximately 4 meters x 4 meters and both bedrooms have an adjoining en-suite bathroom, the other bathroom serving as a guest bathroom.

The house is in reasonable condition and has undergone a little recent repainting and refurbishment. Several houses on the estate have already undergone such transformations, with some properties having undergone major extensions to increase the living accommodation, and these improvements are increasing popularity and demand for property on the estate.

There’s a small garden area to the side of the house on the open corner of the plot with a wooden gazebo feature which adds to the attraction of the property.

Laem Mae Phim, the heart of the beach tourist area with a variety of Thai seafood restaurants, is just a short drive away and the towns of Ban Phe which has ferries to Koh Samet and Klaeng are a short journey along the coastal highway. It is also possible to reach several of the nearby islands by speedboat, which can pick you up and drop you off from Rock Garden Beach by arrangement, or you can take larger boats from nearby Ao Makham Pom which can take you to explore the coast and islands offshore around Koh Samet, or provide you with all the equipment you need for sea fishing or diving to explore the coral reefs in the area.

Bangkok and the International Airport are within easy reach in around 2 hours drive. The holiday island of Koh Samet is about 25km away by car, but only about 20 minutes or so by speedboat or jet ski. The nearby Koh Man islands, the first of which is home to a sea turtle breeding sanctuary, have clear waters with a coral reef and abundant marine life.

The beach resort of Mae Phim has an excellent beach with restaurants, bars and delicious Thai seafood just a few yards from the property, and Bangkok and the International Airport are within easy reach in around 2 hours drive. The holiday island of Koh Samet is about 15km away by car, but only about 15 minutes or so by speedboat or jet ski. The nearby Koh Man islands, the first of which is home to a sea turtle breeding sanctuary, have clear waters with a coral reef and abundant marine life, and the beautiful island of Koh Talu with it’s arch of Rock, coral reef and fine white sand beach is just 10 minutes directly offshore from Phuphatara’s beach. Exploring the coast and islands offshore and around Koh Samet by motor boat, or fishing and diving are available locally for those who enjoy the ocean.
