The nearby Koh Man islands, the first of which is home to a sea turtle breeding sanctuary, have clear waters with a coral reef and abundant marine life.

The beach resort of Mae Phim has an excellent beach with restaurants, bars and delicious Thai seafood just a few yards from the property, and Bangkok and the International Airport are within easy reach in around 2 hours drive. The holiday island of Koh Samet is about 15km away by car, but only about 15 minutes or so by speedboat or jet ski.
