This is without doubt one of the best locations on the estate with delightful views over the water to the park opposite and towards the nearby ocean. Rarely does such a good waterside location this close to the ocean come up for sale on the estate, and with land this close to the ocean fetching at least 12 million baht per Rai the land alone has to be worth at least 5.4 million baht or more.

From the covered carport and covered porch terrace you walk through the double entrance doors at the front of the house to a good sized open plan living room area, with dining area in front and lower level lounge beyond, and kitchen area to the left. The master bedroom (bedroom 1) and en-suite bathroom is ahead to the left, whilst the two other bedrooms and 2nd bathroom are to the right of the entrance. All bedrooms and lounge area have open views out to the rear garden, water and gardens beyond. Bedroom 3 also looks out onto the delightful front garden also.

The split level dining / lounge area is straight ahead from the entrance doors and the lounge area leads directly out to a covered rear patio which has wonderful open views of the large rear garden and park and ocean beyond across the water.

From the rear terrace the gardens extend down to the water, from which there is direct access to the ocean for boats or jet skis, making this villa the perfect location for a boat owner.

The master bedroom, approximately 5 meters by 4 meters in size, also has patio doors which lead onto the raised bedroom patio which adjoins the lounge terrace to the side, and the views across the water from both the lounge and from the master bedroom are truly delightful. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom which is fully tiled in exquisite marble.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 and bathroom 2 are found on the other side of the open plan living area, off a short bedroom corridor area. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 also have delightful views across the gardens. Bathroom 2 is also fully tiled and finished with exquisitely coloured marble.

Extensive gardens surround the property and a single carport covers part of the block paved front driveway.

The ocean, small swimming pool and oceanside tropical gardens are just a stone’s throw away from the house, and it’s a brief stroll through the ocean side gardens to the small private beach and 50 meter long main swimming pool.

Laem Mae Phim, the heart of the beach tourist area with a variety of Thai seafood restaurants, is just a short drive away and the towns of Ban Phe which has ferries to Koh Samet and Klaeng are a short journey along the coastal highway. It is also possible to reach several of the nearby islands by speedboat, which can pick you up and drop you off from Rock Garden Beach by arrangement, or you can take larger boats from nearby Ao Makham Pom which can take you to explore the coast and islands offshore around Koh Samet, or provide you with all the equipment you need for sea fishing or diving to explore the coral reefs in the area.

Bangkok and the International Airport are within easy reach in around 2 hours drive. The holiday island of Koh Samet is about 25km away by car, but only about 20 minutes or so by speedboat or jet ski. The nearby Koh Man islands, the first of which is home to a sea turtle breeding sanctuary, have clear waters with a coral reef and abundant marine life.

Mae Phim Photos
The beach resort of Mae Phim has an excellent beach with restaurants, bars and delicious Thai seafood just a few yards from the property, and Bangkok and the International Airport are within easy reach in around 2 hours drive. The holiday island of Koh Samet is about 15km away by car, but only about 15 minutes or so by speedboat or jet ski. The nearby Koh Man islands, the first of which is home to a sea turtle breeding sanctuary, have clear waters with a coral reef and abundant marine life, and the beautiful island of Koh Talu with it’s arch of Rock, coral reef and fine white sand beach is just 10 minutes directly offshore from Phuphatara’s beach. Exploring the coast and islands offshore and around Koh Samet by motor boat, or fishing and diving are available locally for those who enjoy the ocean.
